Anchor: A Gentle Return to Yourself
Build Inner Stability
Anchor is an eight-part, bite-sized online program designed to help you build a kind, steady inner foundation — a place you can return to no matter what life brings. Originally offered in person, it’s now fully online so it can be accessible to more people, especially those who need trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming support at their own pace.
Rooted in mindfulness, nervous system care, and practical everyday tools, Anchor is about meeting yourself with compassion and creating realistic changes that fit your actual life — not striving, pushing, or becoming someone else.

"This course was SO MUCH more than I ever expected. I gained so many helpful tools for healing and working towards the self that I so strongly desire to emanate all the while ENJOYING every moment. Shan is an incredible teacher who goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and safe to share their experiences and embrace their true emotions. She is remarkably creative and has an incredible attention to detail that sets this course above all others I’ve taken. I will always cherish my time had in this class and recommend it to anybody looking to improve themselves or their lives! I miss it already <3"

"What an amazing 8 weeks! Shannon is an incredible guide through some pretty intense topics. She created a calm and supportive space to share, discuss and learn. The course itself was thoughtfully created and well prepared. I recommend it to those looking to learn more about themselves with compassion. "

“The program is very well organized and neurodivergent-friendly. I have TBI and FASD, and I was able to move through it easily.
I’d gladly pay for something like this — maybe $20 a week or around $100 for the full program. You were very engaging and encouraging, and the actionable steps were especially helpful.
I plan to go through the program again to take it in more slowly. The sleep hygiene and clutter sections were the most impactful for me.
Overall, it’s a great program that I think would benefit anyone with neurological or developmental challenges.”
